We concentrate on commercial insurance products for the construction, manufacturing and service industries. Job Description
Proworks offers limitless opportunities and growth potential to all dedicated and motivated individuals. If you have insurance or sales experience and are looking for a good team to work with come in and meet with us. Proworks is seeking independent Sales Representatives with an entrepreneurial mindset, drive and motivation to be successful in the commercial insurance industry.

• Develop relationships and referrals with business owners in four states
• Follow a proven sales technique that will allow you to grow a book of business
• Keep detailed production reports to assure full sales potential
• Be responsible for the growth in your own area
• Work closely with insurance professionals that have over 20 years experience in the commercial insurance industry

Job Requirements
Successful Sales Representatives come from a variety of backgrounds, work and educational experiences. Although specific experience is not necessary, Proworks does require the following:

• Highly motivated, confident, energetic, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and presentation skills, along with listening ability
• Exceptional work ethic, willing and eager to succeed – a driven self-starter
• A high degree of honesty and integrity
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Sales experience may be beneficial but motivated to be in sales is a must
• Basic computer knowledge but advance is desirable
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Insurance license is not necessary but highly desired
